This is a fast-track role to becoming FC in the next 2 years!
Working for an incredible company listed on the London Stock Exchange, you will have sole responsibility for a £5m turnover entity, with an Accounts Assistant supporting you with transactional finance so you can concentrate on business partnering, MI reporting and attending Board Meetings with the Directors.
You will need to be able to stand on your own two feet with regards to Management Accounts preparation so they will need an individual who has at least 12 months’ working knowledge of producing a board pack ready for submission.
You will benefit from the support of one of the most Qualified FDs in the North West who is one of the most motivating mentors I’ve met; he truly wants to bring someone in who will see this as a platform to really demonstrate their potential.
He will then give you all the additional support you need; he is intent on constantly upskilling his staff and even takes time out of his busy schedules to put on training sessions, support with qualifications and basically always has an ear available – he has been in this position himself after all!
Your role will encompass full MA production, analysis and commentary – you will also have free reign to implement and shape up reporting schedules as the Directors as very much forward-thinking and pro-active so are always looking for individuals who challenge the status quo!
There is no pressure on you being already qualified – in fact, they will fully fund your ACCA/ CIMA so it would suit an individual who is on track to qualifying in the next 2-3 years – at which point, you will be ready to move into the much anticipated role of FC.
I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to rebecca@platinumrecruits.co.uk to be considered.
