Assistant Accountant to Management Accountant

£40,000 – £45,000 plus full benefits package

At Assistant Accountant level for many you have a desire to build experience and progress however sometimes that progression means a job move, however here is a one move career step that will take you from Assistant Accountant through to Management Accountant.

The business has built a formidable career development programme for their new Assistant Accountant to follow.

Phase 1 – Integrate with the business and get to grips with the month end cycle

Phase 2 – Run the month end cycle and presentation at senior level

Phase 3 – Mentor colleagues to encourage them to take on your workload

Phase 4 – Promotion to Management Accountant status

As you can see they are offering a guaranteed career journey, giving their next Assistant Accountant clarity, stability and freedom to achieve.

The business is well established and operate in the manufacturing space so anyone who has experience with stock and WIP would be at a distinct advantage.

Ideal profile will be someone already managing the month end cycle, accruals, prepayments, reconciliation, supporting in management accounts production.
