This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has zero experience, maybe finishing school/ college or worked in retail or hospitality but is now looking for their first career move in a business that support you with your aspirations.
We will put you through your NVQ Level 2 or 3 in business administration where you will have on the job training and our Senior Administrator has completed this apprenticeship so she is right there to support you through it and give you all the guidance you require.
Young, fun culture that operate in a hybrid working style; we tend to spend 1-3 days working in the office which is open plan, has a canteen on site and various break out areas for 1 to 1 training and the rest working from home.
Hours are also flexible, core hours are 10-4pm but out of these hours, you can work flexibly around your out of work commitments; we really do put our staff first.
We believe in a real team culture so we enjoy a “monthly social” where the staff pick an event/ place to go to and we’re all being taken to Portugal in September for smashing our yearly target, all expenses paid; just to give you an idea of how looked after we are here.
