Working for the UKs number 1 specialist construction businesses a new opportunity has become available as an Aftercare Sales Manager. The focus of this role is to provide a thorough and efficient aftercare process post completion of projects.
You would be representing the business with some the UKs largest clients, so it is essential you have first class communication and comfortable handling queries and providing resolution until final sign off and handover.
Primary responsibilities include;
- Be the primary point of contact for customers reporting defects on all current jobs.
- Lead on resolving defects reported by clients to expedite sign off process.
- Meeting with client teams to investigate and evaluate level of defects from practical completion through to making good of defects.
- Diagnose any required repair, giving accurate information for the repair to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- To raise and resolve reported defects with suppliers and ensure they are completed within the required timescales.
- Plan and coordinate resources to rectify any new defects reported.
- Organise materials as necessary.
- To monitor and identify trends in reported defects and raise & resolve with suppliers.
- Carry out site visits prior to handover to monitor quality.
- Attend quality inspections on site to resolve outstanding defect issues and sign off doors.
The perfect candidate would be from a construction background and preferably hold a CSCS card. It doesn’t matter if you have not worked in an aftercare role previously, more so that you have worked in the construction sector and are familiar will installs and final handovers.
