Location: Swinton Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum +
£23,000 – £25,000 + Company Bonus
This is the only administration role I know of where you can earn 20% bonus purely based on doing a good job! So, if your basic is £25K you will get £5K bonus in addition to this based on company performance. There isn’t a catch here, it’s been paid out for the last 5 years and they are booming!
They have thrived this last 2 years and now have more contracts, more demand hence the need for another amazing Administrator to join the team.
Your role isn’t complicated by any means however you have to have perfect attention to detail and be diligent because the role includes managing the customer process from order entry through to dispatch including inputting of orders onto Sage Line 200 and building customer rapports.
The business operates in an open plan office, it’s a relaxed working environment and 80% of staff have been with the business over 5 years – testament to how good this business is to work for.
Based in Swinton, they have free on-site parking and are in walking distance of bus stops so perfect if you live in or around Swinton.
The Manager is looking for somebody who is going to fit perfectly within the team, somebody who is proactive, can manage their own workload and has administration experience (if you have Sage experience, this would be an added bonus!)
