A leading brand in Swinton are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team.
This business is part of a group of 7, who are the biggest & most successful organisations across the globe in their sector with 4 offices worldwide.
Joining them means you will receive 5* training from your dedicated Manager, a company bonus (15% of your annual salary), 25 days holiday + bank holidays & an enhanced pension scheme.
You will work with a team of 5 in the administration department, where your duties will include:
- Processing customer orders on Sage Line 200
- Building relationships with clients
- Coordinating deliveries of goods to clients
- Managing customer information on Sage Line 200
- Submitting invoices to customers for payment
The natural route of progression from this position would be to become a Key Account Manager where you will manage your own clients (these clients are high net worth whose orders can equal £500,000) – full support from the business & both in house & external training will be provided to you.
The business is looking for somebody who is confident in their approach, has an outgoing personality & can communicate effectively with their clients. You must have administration experience to be shortlisted (having experience using Sage would be an advantage.)
