As an administrator your role will be really varied, there will be plenty to do and you will work alongside a great team with your primary role being to communicate with customers via letters, social media and email responding to enquiries and requesting documentation.
You never know what enquiry or type of person you will be dealing with next so the role needs someone with the capabilities to be able to communicate with people of all ages and from all walks of life. If you can do this then every other part of the job can be taught as personality is probably the most important factor when the firm selects their staff.
So if you are looking for a role where you can earn a good wage whilst working alongside a great team but with the option to work from home when you want then this is the role for you.
No previous experience is necessary, although retail, customer service, administration backgrounds would be beneficial. However, if you don’t have any of these then don’t worry a good attitude and excellent communication skills are all you need.
