A retail based organisation in Bolton are recruiting into their Head Quarters for a dual role; both administration & reception responsibilities.
This is an opportunity for a candidate to work for a business that are only going to get bigger and better, after commencing 15 years ago, the business have recently under gone a restructure internally which will be resulting in a 50% increase in profit and size in just 5 years.
This is a fantastic role for somebody who wants to up skill in each area of administration because the business will give you all the exposure you wish for in order to develop.
Working as a business support across human resources, operations, finance & customer service your core responsibilities will include creating letters for the HR Manager, managing the database, processing orders and meeting & greeting visitors into the head office.
In a great working environment, the company has an open plan office where all staff communicate and even enjoy a social life outside of work with regular team activities and bonding days.
To be considered, the company are looking for an Administrator/ Receptionist who has experience in administration and reception who can communicate confidently and be the face of the company.
