This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of skilled Administrators who will guide and mentor you to assist you in achieving a successful career in Administration.
Working as part of a team of 3 you will have the opportunity to offer administrative support across different areas of the business including Sales and Accounts, develop key relationships with Clients, and manage database systems.
It is rare that an administrative role covers so many aspects of a business but this one does! Giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and really broaden your skillset.
With full training provided you do not need previous experience, what’s most important is that you have great communication skills, accurate attention to detail and a confident and friendly personality.
What your first 12 months will look like:
Up to 3 months – This will be your training period of learning the processes, procedures, company systems and business requirements.
3 – 6 months – Taking on more responsibility with all aspects of the smooth running of the department including speaking to clients, managing client accounts, liaising with the graphic design team and ad hoc administrative duties.
6 – 12 months – You will now have completed training and you will take on full responsibility for the department supporting the Managing Director and the wider team and managing the day to day processes.
