A brilliant firm in Oldham are expanding their administration department and are looking for an Administrator to join their team of 4.
Supporting the Office Manager, this is a position where you will have opportunity to get involved with:
- Administration/ secretarial support – Taking minutes in client meetings, setting up plan of actions & diary management for the Manager
- Customer Service – Liaising with clients to arrange appointments for the Manager & building relationships with them as their go to person in the office
- Database maintenance – Managing & updating the internal database with regards to clients, quotations & projects
Working in a team of 4 staff, you will have a great team beside you for support, training & guidance but also a fantastic office culture that you will enjoy.
The training will come from both Managers & your wider team where you will have a dedicated training programme so you can learn the ropes of the organisation, the position & how their systems operate.
You must have some experience in administration, confident telephone manner & experienced on Microsoft applications to be shortlisted for this role.
Once you’re fully trained and at an elite level in this role (12 months+ in this position) there will have the opportunity to progress into a senior administration role – this can be in any department with the business including Marketing, Finance or Project Management.
The business has free parking on site, are a 3-minute walk from the bus stop/ a 10-minute walk from the tram stop therefore are perfectly located if you live in or around Oldham.
