What a company, independently owned, currently working with worldwide customers and expanding, looking to now take on an Administrator who wants to get stuck in and learn the ropes of a rapidly growing business.

Working alongside operations and procurement, you’ll be responsible for purchasing administration and operations, liaising with suppliers, raising of purchase orders, managing delivery notes, working on Sage 50 system and project tracking on Excel as well as supporting the head of operations with processes and procedures.

They need an Administrator who knows their stuff when it comes to systems and Excel, someone who can help the Head of Operations with streamlining the processes and systems and can support the team get up to speed with the new and exciting changes coming in the next 6-12 months….. Such an exciting opportunity for someone this!

They recognise and admit that processes could be better, and they now have the right people in place to make this happen, once they employ an Administrator to support, they’ll be able to get everything moving in the right direction and start streamlining in all areas….. Exciting times ahead.

Manufacturing business so culture is super relaxed, dress down, everyone having a laugh, small office of 12, if you can take a bit of banter as well as be willing to graft, help out where needed and reap the benefits along the way, ideal.

You won’t work with nicer people anywhere else – mark my words. Head of Purchasing and Head of Operations have to be the most genuine, down to earth, understanding people I’ve ever come across. You’ll absolutely love being a part of this team!
