A service-based organisation in Manchester who have been established for over 40 years are recruiting for a new position due to sustained growth.
This role will be to support across each area of the business where you will have an insight to all business matters – whether that be client relationships, documentation management or operations.
You will be liaising with clients, building key relationships with all stakeholders, updating & processing information on the customer in house system, managing & creating confidential documentation to be submitted to clients, tracking client progress & closing off files when required.
A perfect next step if you hold 1-2 years’ administration experience but now looking to become more defined in your job role where you will progress (approximately 6 months after employment) to managing your own workload & providing administration support to key clients.
Full training & support provided by the Business Manager who has been with this company over 10 years, who will provide you with all the knowledge, skills & resources to develop yourself professionally.

You must be computer literate, have a sound knowledge of customer systems & Excel & have administration experience to be successfully shortlisted for this role.
