Expanding their team, this business with clients internationally are recruiting for an Administrator to support the sales team.
You will manage the administration & processing on behalf of the sales team who are either travelling overseas to visit customers or attending appointments in the UK; you will therefore be taking ownership of the support function for 4 members of staff & their customers in the office.
You will be processing orders via Sage Line 200 (these orders can equal in value up to £2million & on average you will be processing around 10 orders per day), arranging documentation for export & delivery, building a relationship with the company’s key customers & updating them throughout the process until goods received.
Once you’re established in this role & you feel ready for the next step, you will be invited to join the sales team on exhibitions (no sales involved in this progression step but to attend nationwide/ overseas exhibitions & help the team set up, meet with customers) & move into a more senior position where you can make decisions on behalf of customers & the business.

What’s vital for this position is that you have experience of working on a computer, can confidently liaise with customers via phone & have worked in an administration role.
Due to the location of this office, you must either live in Hazel Grove or have your own vehicle to commute to the offices, with free parking on site.
