An opportunity to utilise your skills across every department in the company, acting as a support to every team member and being as valued & respected as the Directors.
You will not just be simply given filing or scanning to do, and you won’t be expected to do the work no one else wants to do – instead, your inputs will affect how the business grows and develops over the next few years… rewarded with bonuses and incentives along the way.
It’s essential you already have at least 12 months’ experience in Business Admin and now want a career – a workplace where you will have 6-monthly and annual appraisals to map out where you can progress through the business; you don’t have to be an Administrator forever and in fact, the Directors will leave it open to you regarding career options.
Maybe you want to try your hand at Office Management or move into an accounts role further down the line and start a qualification, the business will always make allowances for talented people who make a difference to the team and they retain staff extremely.
