A privately owned Professional Services organisation in Manchester are recruiting for a brand-new role for an Administration Manager to manage a team of 6 Administrators across 2 offices.
This is a role to really bring the team together, develop & train & help the Administrators to reach their career aspirations whilst standardising best practice across the Group.
Working collaboratively with the Board, you will be a crucial figure in the company’s success through implementing new processes & ensuring that great client service is delivered continuously.
You will be driving team performance & growing the administration department, being a key mentor to the Administrators in Manchester & London – travel to London is not a necessity however occasional travel (once a month) to this office would mean you can build relationships with the rest of the team.
Everybody in this business is encouraged to share their ideas to make things better – it’s not a dictatorship so your voice will be heard & you will have full autonomy on making a change to improve efficiencies.
The Managing Director is looking for somebody who has experience in managing people (4-6 people would be ideal) & worked in a business that sells time & expertise to private client due to the personal touch this business offers to all their high-net-worth clients.
