This business who are going through a period of steady growth are seeking an individual to join the existing team member to respond to customer queries.
To begin with:
You will have training on compliance and other aspects of the role
Then it will be on the job supported closely by your new colleagues
The role in more detail:
Responding to new and existing customers mainly via email and live chat function
A small proportion of the role will be telephone based to give you variety
Managing queries, concerns, cancellations, and refunds
Dealing with anything that comes through relating to their services
This is a great opportunity for anyone coming from an administration / reception / customer service based role as this will have given you a fantastic grounding for the nature of this position.
