A perfect opportunity has become available for someone who wants to start their finance career.
My client is offering full study support and a structured training plan for anyone who is interested in gaining their AAT qualifications in a relaxed non pressurised environment.
You will be working in a team of 6 people and reporting to the Finance Manager with weekly catch ups with the Finance Manager to ensure you are settled in and enjoying the job role.
There is room to progress into an Assistant Accountant as your experience grows as the company are looking for someone with an ambitious personality.
My client is hoping to expose you to all aspects of the Accounts Team to really give you an in-depth understanding of the whole process. This will allow you to decide which area of accounts you enjoy the most and want to pursue in the future.
With the support of the friendly, knowledgeable team you will be able to excel and develop your knowledge as a Accounts Trainee.
Your duties will include:
– Assisting with accountancy duties such as Purchase and Sales Ledger
– Learning about the various duties within the accounts department
– Working alongside experienced members of the finance team
– Learning how to use Excel on a day to day basis
– Maintaining the company petty cash
– Carrying out accounts reconciliations
