All they are asking for in return is someone who has dipped their toes into finance for the last 6-12 months, absolutely loves it and knows that this is the only career for them – but wants guidance, support and to work for a manager who is behind you every step of the way!
You will work for Directors who are passionate, ambitious and were once in your shoes – so understand better than anyone what he takes to succeed and the sort of training and mentorship that is needed to ensure this happens.
You will receive a training scholarship for your AAT for the entirety of your course, which will be written into your contract – so they won’t just see you through your first level and then review from there – they’ll commit to the whole qualification because they WANT to you to pass your exams with flying colours and they WANT to you get that certificate through the post!
They will sit down with you before you start each module and assess where they can give you the practical exposure to match what you’ll be learning in college as they understand how hard it is to study when you’re not getting day to day experience alongside this.
