This is an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to work side by side with the Directors in running the most successful division of their city centre firm of accountants.
Your career will be fast-tracked in this role and with no ceiling to your development; this position is going to suit an ambitious individual that is looking for a firm where they can progress….and progress quickly.
You will get plenty of support and guidance from the two Directors you work with; they want this person to eventually lead the department, and with that comes some significant financial rewards.
Overseeing a small team you will have the opportunity to take the lead in expanding and recruiting new staff – this role gives you so much autonomy and control….all with the benefit of having the Directors working alongside you to ensure it’s a success.

The Role:
As a Senior day to day you will be responsible for leading and managing the team; working closely with the Directors to achieve their expansion plans.
The department is responsible for the preparation of accounts and tax returns; building really strong relationships with clients to help advise them on their business finances – as the Senior it will be your job to ensure this is carried out effectively. You will help your clients operate more efficiently and gain a better understanding of their numbers; this role goes beyond simply crunching numbers there is a real element of working together (you are basically an extension to their business).
The role is perfect for anyone that has proven themselves as a Semi Senior / Senior – and is looking for a role with more management opportunities and scope to get to Director status in the future.
