Accounts & Property Manager
Unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role for one of the North West’s fastest growing properties companies.
If you are stuck in a mundane role with no variety or prospects, this business will offer you the flexibility to work across two different departments.
The Director is open-minded about the depth of your experience as it’s a development role however it is essential you have worked within the property industry so you can hit the ground running in this busy & bustling office.
Your role will encompass two areas, as follows:
- 50% accounting – chasing tenant payments, releasing deposits, processing service charge & ground rent payments, processing invoices, bank reconciliations
- 50% property management – ensuring premises are ready for new occupants, managing contracts with outside vendors, completing all paperwork for tenants & landlords
The business is constantly expanding its property portfolio so you can look forward to a hands-on, pro-active role with no two days the same.
In terms of prospects, the Director encourages progression into more senior roles within the company for all employees. Due to the experience you will gain within this position, you will be well placed to apply for management vacancies in either departments.
