The following opportunity will give an Accounts Assistant exposure within a multi-faceted business, working alongside an amazing Financial Controller who will ensure you get as much out of the role as possible.
All she needs is an individual who is confident & experienced in transactional and month-end accounting – the rest she will train on!
She currently produces the management accounts pack for 3 entities within the group and because of how rapidly the business is growing, she is keen to get someone in for support as soon as possible.
There is no pressure within the role to progress within a certain timescale, in fact, the FC prefers to invest as much time as possible into your training so if in the next 18 months – 2 years, you would like to see your career advance, this is your opportunity to develop organically within a company.
They’re a sociable bunch and the Directors really do like to reward all staff so there’s plenty of team events & out of work gatherings to throw yourself into; everyone in the office is approachable and on hand for support so it truly is an excellent, interactive training ground where you will be exposed to every aspect of accounting.
I placed an Accounts Trainee into the team this time last year and she told the FC spent the first 3 months at the company ensuring she had access to the best training & resources possible and she now feels completely confident & comfortable in her role.
