What an opportunity to work directly with a Financial Controller who has done this role himself at the business, progressing to the level he’s at now.
He knows exactly the sort of training and support he needs to offer an individual which is why he is wanting to invest in an Accounts Assistant who he can mentor & develop.
The role is ideal for an individual who is accomplished in transactional accounting but is wanting to build on this in their next role, getting stuck into month-end processes and reporting schedules – which is what is on offer here.
The Financial Controller will map out a development plan for you to work towards; with manageable steps in place to ensure in that in 12 months’ time, you are confident in assisting in the management accounts preparation for one of the divisions.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be thrown in at the deep end as the FC understands just how critical one-to-one training is and how important it was in shaping his career.
