Led by an ambitious leadership team this firm has ambitions to take over the local market through a combination of offering excellent service levels and modern technology and procedures. With offices in Oldham you have the opportunity to work alongside a great team whilst carrying out year-end accounting and bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of clients.
What makes this role so unique is the fact you will be supported by and work alongside some of the most talented accountants at the business. They are looking for someone that they can mentor and develop, and someone that can grow with the business as they expand.

Your training and development:
The company will support you through your AAT and then onto your ACA or ACCA, and unlike any other role I am working with the directors will take the lead in your development and training. You will not get 1 on 1 training like this anywhere else.
What do you need to demonstrate to be considered:
The right attitude is probably the most important thing however you will also need to have a minimum of 12 months finance experience. Previous experience in practice is preferred however the firm is also considering industry applicants.
