The training is brilliant, you will have a dedicated mentor that will take the lead in supporting you through your training and professional development, but the great thing is you will be working alongside a number of other studiers so there is plenty of support both inside and outside of the classroom too.
Your role will be a mixture of Bookkeeping and Year end accounts; there’s plenty of variety and lots to get stuck into, but this job is interesting…..really interesting – you aren’t just churning out sets of accounts for the same boring clients you are getting a glimpse into the finances of some really well known celebrities.
The firm doesn’t need someone that is the finished article, they are expecting you will still need plenty of support and training and that’s fine with them; but what they do need is someone that has a solid foundation that they can build on – a minimum of 12 months in a practice is enough. Alongside this you must have plenty of get up and go, be confident at picking up the phone to speak with people and most importantly you must take real pride in what you do (that’s key for this business).
