Having successfully taken the French market by storm and built up a growing customer portfolio, this company requires the services of a fluent French speaking Accounts Assistant.
Set to continue growing at a rate of 25% per year, you will be solely responsible for the French division of the business with the support and guidance of the Financial Controller (who is also based in the UK office full-time.
60% of your time will be spent managing the transactional finances including reconciling the French accounts, processing invoices and managing the vendor contracts and the remainder of the time will be dedicated to Credit Control and building relationships with the French customers who in the last 12 months have contributed a vast amount of the company’s sales – so it’s important these relationships are retained.
The business is also enjoying plenty of referrals within the French market therefore will continue to expand; at which point the business will recruit an additional Accounts Assistant to support with the workload so you’ll never feel overwhelmed or under pressure.
A great opportunity & excellent experience to get under your belt; everything is set up ready for you so you’re not having to set the division up from scratch, it’s already being managed amongst the current finance team of 5 – they just now need a dedicated French speaker to break down any language barriers.
