Location: Stockport Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + AAT Study Support
Accounts Assistant + AAT Study
£18,000 – £20,000
A dynamic and modern company headed by two fantastic, entrepreneurial Directors is expanding due to successfully acquiring a number of new contracts.
I placed an Accounts Assistant at the business in the summer; she is already progressing through the company, so the Directors are looking for an individual to follow in her footsteps.
This is not a stop-gap role; instead, there is a 5-year plan mapped out for the next recruit which allows for development & promotions into more senior positions at the company.
You can look forward to a comprehensive 6-week training programme with senior management to ensure you are happy & confident in the role – unlike many companies that don’t have the time or resources to invest that much into your future.
So, if it’s job security and future prospects that you are searching for in the current market, this company has the business plan in place to offer you a long-term career with opportunities to get involved in management accounting & reporting.
Aside from the skills you’ll gain in the role, this business completely encourages a healthy work/ life balance which is why they offer the following benefits:
- Christmas shut down
- Work laptop & mobile phone to encourage flexi-working
- Study package
- Discounts on travel passes to ease commuting costs
- Monthly team events & annual weekends away including UK and overseas
- Additional holiday for each year of service (capped at 5 years)
To be considered for the position, you must have at least 12-18 months’ experience in transactional accounting with a desire to challenge your existing skillset.
The client is in the position to hold initial Zoom interviews immediately so please submit your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will call you straight after the Bank Holiday weekend.
