The Accounts Assistant I placed in this role 2 years ago has just been promoted to Management Accountant – and that’s thanks to the support and guidance she’s received from the most incredible Finance Director.
The business is an absolute “worldie” – grown in turnover by 200% in the last 2 years but maintained the most supportive and close-knit finance team… and everyone has benefited from this as every single person has developed & upskilled.
All they’re asking for is 12 months’ transactional finance using Sage 50… literally if you can demonstrate purchase and sales ledger experience and an absolute burning desire to succeed, you’ll get an interview. In fact, the FD even said it’s the perfect “2nd job” for someone and it’ll be probably be your last as you’re going to want to stick around here forever!
