12 months’ experience in finance and want to follow in the doorsteps of other managers at this company and progress from a junior level?
The business is renowned for bring in staff at the start of their career and investing in them, offering training & supporting and watching them flourish.
90% of its management team across various departments all started at this business and worked their way up – a testament to the sort of support that’s on offer.
This role is ideal for an individual who has basic transactional accounting experience but is being held back at their current business and can see no room for development into a more senior role.
You will work on a one-to-one basis with the Financial Controller who wants an individual like himself – hungry for success and determined to succeed.
He will give you exposure into every aspect of accounting from transactional to month-end and encourage you to strive for promotions as you build up your experience and progress with your studies.
This role is for someone who sees themselves as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager in the future but unfortunately isn’t getting the encouragement or guidance to do so at their current workplace.
