What a belting role this is for someone in Bury!
Small business, everyone pulls together, chips in and ensures that projects are complete on time as a team.
Directors in everyday grafting, getting brews on, having a natter with the rest of the team; great little set up.
Everyone’s in the office every day, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm because everyone loves being in, chatting, bouncing off each other.
A lot of banter throwing about the office so needs someone down to earth who is going to have a good crack with everyone but knuckle down and get stuff done.
Admin role, supporting the team and directors with project coordination, dealing with calls and full management and improvements of the in house system and Excel spreadsheets which has been designed specifically for them – so it’s a really modernised set up!
If you want to push back, challenge what’s happening and give ideas – great. Directors aren’t precious on hierarchy or “top dog” title, they want their staff to be as involved as they are!
Directors have said that they want someone full of enthusiasm, bags of energy, wants to come in, make a difference and can showcase that they have done this before with excellent IT skills and knows how to operate Excel and formulae.
