The role itself will require producing end-to-end management accounts for the business. On your profile you will need experience producing full sets of management accounts autonomously. You will have a highly analytical mindset able to conduct all variance analysis and look at how the results fit into the bigger picture. You will be encouraged to find the information, business partner, delve into the detail and really interrogate the information.
Given the nature of the business and ever-changing legislation, no two days will be the same, be rest assured you certainly won’t get bored. What’s great here is you won’t just be churning out the same set of accounts year on year – you will be challenged!
