Working for an exciting, modern city centre firm this is ideal if you want to continue your AAT studies and progress onto ACCA/CIMA. The business understands the importance of gaining professional qualifications, so encourage you to continue your studies.
You’ll be supporting the Finance Manager, helping him prepare the internal accounts for the practice, so you don’t need practice experience to be considered for this role. However, if you want to get involved with client accounts in the future, then there is scope to do so.
Alongside managing the transactional accounting, you will work alongside the Finance Manager and help him prepare the management accounts for the firm. This is the perfect stepping stone for someone who has dabbled in month-end and is hungry for more exposure and growth.
The practice is right near some of Manchester’s most established bars and restaurants, so you can go for a social drink or get a bit to eat after work with your newfound friends! The team are a sociable bunch and encourages staff to have a good work/life balance.
